IMPORTANT: Spanish Fort Water System is not liable for payments made through the mail or through 3rd party payment processing companies. If your payment is not RECEIVED by the 15th, (or first working day after if it falls on a weekend or holiday) you will be subject to late fees being assessed to your account. If payment is not RECEIVED by end of business on the 25th, (or first working day after if it falls on a weekend or holiday), you will be subject to disconnection of services. If services are disconnected, you will be assessed a reconnection fee of $45.00 and your account must be Paid-In-Full before services will be restored. If you are currently disconnected and have paid through a third party or by mail, your services may not be restored until payment is received or proof of payment is presented. Spanish Fort Water System will restore service as soon as possible once payment is received or confirmed.
- Auto bank draft. We can automatically deduct your payment from your checking account on the 15th of each month. If the 15th is on the weekend or holiday, we will deduct from your account on the next workday.
- Pay in the lobby with cash, check, or credit card.
- For your convenience, you can use the drop box located on the west side of our office building 24 hours a day.

- Spanish Fort Water System recommends using our free e-billing service.
- When you sign up you will receive a one-time $5.00 credit on your next bill.
- E-bill will be delivered to your inbox (from [email protected] ) within a few hours of bills being sent to our processing company, usually a day or two prior to the 1st of the month. Prevents bills from being delayed or lost in the mail.
- For those who receive their bill through e-billing, you can click “MAKE A PAYMENT”, and follow instructions. Convenience fee of $1.00 for e-checks, and $3.50 for credit cards.
IMPORTANT: If your service is scheduled to be disconnected or has been disconnected, do not use this service. Please pay your bill at our office in person or by phone with a credit card to avoid disconnection or to be reconnected.
- You can also pay using your banks “Bill Pay” service.
- Please be aware that paying through your bank requires them to generate a physical check that must be mailed to us. If we do not receive this payment on time, you may be assessed late fees and be subject to disconnection of services.

IMPORTANT: Spanish Fort Water System is not liable if you receive a disconnect notice and do not call our office before making payment. Your services may be disconnected and will be subject to a reconnection fee. If you are disconnected, your account balance plus a reconnection fee will need to be paid in FULL before services are reconnected. If you are currently disconnected and make an online payment, your utilities WILL NOT be reconnected unless you contact our office to inform us of the payment. Spanish Fort Water System allows up to 48 hours after we receive payment to reconnect any services.

You will need your Spanish Fort Water System, Inc. Customer Account Number (Exactly as it is on your statement. Ex. 1234-01) and Balance Due from your printed billing statement.
