  • Residential(lessee) –  $125 plus $50 non refundable setup fee.
  • Commercial – $100 plus $50 non refundable setup fee.
  • Multi-Family – $125 per residential unit plus $50 non refundable setup fee.
    (Individual meter or master meter)

  • Transfer Fee – $50
  • Late Payment Fee – 10%
  • Returned Check Charge – $30
